Barb Gallagher was the guiding force behind the fundraising for the MovieMate projector. In the last 30 days she was able to raise over the needed $1,049.00 to purchase this projector for the Recreational Therapy department for use in the Continuing Care unit.
When I spoke with Mate Hathaway, she agreed that John Wayne would probably figure top attendance in movies shown in her area.
The lion’s share of funds were donated from the Rosedale Volunteer Fire Department and the Drumheller Co-op’s Till Tape program.
